it would be best if things worked out the way i would like them to. there's so much there. i would like to have it all.

anyway, there have been a couple show dates added for my band.

we're playing somewhere in bakersfield on march 31st with asobi seksu, the sharp ease, and maybe teenage talking cars and another.

then at il corral in los angeles on april 10th with captain ahab, books on tape, mad happy, and faux for real. this show will be amazing!

and i'm pretty sure we're playing in bakersfield again on april 16th at riley's tavern with teenage talking cars! i love teenage talking cars! they're so goddamn good! and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet!

i'm excited about many things right now!

they found my car yesterday. the police called us and told us to come down to the ontario police station to fill out the paperwork, blah blah blah. so my mom picks me up from work at 3pm and we go down there. we fill out the paperwork, and the officer gives us a map to the tow yard where my car is.

so we head on up there and go to the window to talk to the dude. he tells us that there's a 70 dollar gate charge to pick it up. i guess they aren't normally open on the weekends. so we're pretty pissed that we have to pay money to pick up our stolen car. we didn't even know if it was driveable. so yeah, wtf?

then the dude calls the headquarters or something because my mom is really pissed. he gets done talking to the people and he tells us that now we don't have to pay the $70. now we have to pay $250. for what? i have no fucking clue.

anyway, after much arguing, we submit and pay the 250 dollars to get the car. and the fuckers (not the towyard assfaces, but the car boosters) took my stereo, my ipod, and the really rad ipod radio adaptor that cost me 100 bucks. so all together, that's about 1000 bucks worth of shit they took.

fuck humanity. what a bunch of pieces of shit. we're all pieces of shit. for some reason or another.

so we're throwing a suprise birthday party for my mom on saturday. i've been compiling a playlist on itunes for the bash. it's quite an extensive list - pretty comprehensive and eclectic too... considering what types of people i'm catering to. i mean, i can't put in EVERYTHING. obviously, my grandma and aunts and uncles aren't going to dig cattle decapitation or wives, but i do have some damned good tunes on here so far. well, back to work.

yeah, so i went and saw moving units at the house of blues on friday night... what a piece of shit show. i can't even believe i spent that much money to watch them play a bunch of their new, shitty songs. and all their "good" songs sounded like shit.

anyway, i just woke up. i hadn't been getting much sleep for the past few days because of work, school, and whatever else. i crashed after work yesterday at about 5pm, woke up at 10:35pm, crashed again, and then work up about 20 minutes ago. i'm still kinda tired though. more sleep? no, probably just television.

i wonder what's in store for this semester. math is gonna blow, just like always. my teacher is so anal about how we have to solve the problems, and how we have to write everything down. we can only use one side of the paper. we can't write on the back. that's so goddamn wasteful. now i have to contribute even more to the deforestation of earth. what a cunt.

aside from math, i think all my other classes will be fine. english is english. scriptwriting, i'm hoping, will be a lot of fun. and history... well, i enjoy history, and my teacher is a nice, charming, old man. ha. his first name's cecil. that's so awesome.

i'm excited for kyle coming home on wednesday. i wonder how much he's changed from his whole experience. i guess we'll just have to see.

i saw laco$te and captain ahab play at a party in covina. they were pretty cool. it sucks that the pa couldn't go louder, but whatev. they shut the power off just as explogasm started to play and told everyone the cops were here and they were going to arrest anybody who didn't live at the house... of course, there were no cops.

anyway, there were quite a few babes at the party. of course, corey didn't talk to any of them. =/ note to self: grow some balls and stop being so shy.

anyway, my friend christine met her internet boyfriend today. he's living with her now. they've been together for almost 7 months, i think. i hope everything works out for them. that would be pretty cool.
